Terms of Service

By requesting or purchasing a VowMotion Studio service, you agree to these terms. Your written quote or order confirmation may include additional project-specific terms.
Service
The standard package customizes one prebuilt animated scene using a customer-supplied completed invitation. It includes one available standard domain priced up to $15, one year of hosting, one wedding-website link, one minor correction round, and standard delivery within three business days after payment and receipt of complete materials.
Domain names
Domain availability is not guaranteed until registration is complete. Premium or unusually priced domains are excluded unless separately approved. The included registration and hosting period lasts one year; continued service requires renewal. Domains may be transferred after all payment obligations are satisfied, subject to registrar rules.
Customer content and permissions
You confirm that you own or have permission to use all artwork, photographs, names, music, links, and other materials you provide. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of supplied content and for claims arising from materials supplied without authorization.
Revisions and custom work
The standard package includes one minor correction round for names, links, or obvious placement issues. Alternate scenes, redesigns, new artwork, substantial animation changes, and additional revision rounds require a separate quote.
Payment and cancellation
Work begins after payment. Because each experience is personalized, payment becomes nonrefundable once customization or domain registration has started, except where required by law or where VowMotion Studio cannot deliver the purchased service.
Delivery and approvals
Delivery estimates begin after payment and receipt of all required materials. Missing information, delayed feedback, third-party outages, or customer-requested changes may extend delivery. You are responsible for reviewing names, dates, links, and other details before final approval.
Hosting and availability
We use reasonable efforts to keep published invitation pages available during the purchased hosting period, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. You should retain copies of all original invitation files and wedding details.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or harmful content. We may refuse or remove content that violates these terms or presents a security or reputational risk.
Portfolio use
Your invitation will not be publicly displayed as portfolio work without permission. Any portfolio permission may be granted or declined separately from an order.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, VowMotion Studio is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, third-party service interruptions, unavailable domain names, or errors in customer-approved content. Our total liability for a project will not exceed the amount paid for that project.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as services evolve. The terms in effect when you place an order will govern that order. Questions can be sent through our contact form.
